Landlord Portal Access - Terms and Conditions

You will need to confirm that you have done so before being able to sign up for electronic access to your landlord account.

Declaration

  • I understand that the information that I will be given access to must only be used by me (or my organisation) for the management of tenants rent accounts.
  • I agree not to share my log on details or password with anyone else.
  • I agree to notify West Northamptonshire Council Revenues and Benefits section if I think my account (or any of my colleagues accounts) details have been used inappropriately.
  • I agree to notify West Northamptonshire Council Revenues and Benefits section of any changes to my tenants circumstances.
  • I agree to notify West Northamptonshire Revenues and Benefits section immediately if a user or users no longer need access to the portal so that appropriate action can be taken to deactivate their details.
