Parent consultations
Consultations for parents or carers are usually held by telephone or TEAMS and take around an hour.
Professional consultations
Professional consultations are only available if parental consent has been gained for the child’s needs to be discussed with SEND Support Service and again are usually up to an hour via telephone or TEAMS.
Follow-up consultations are available if families or professionals request them, once the initial advice and strategies have been implemented over at least a 6 week period and evidence of impact and review can be shared.
