Complete this form to sign your venue up to Northampton’s Ask for Angela scheme.
By signing up to the scheme you are committing to:
- completing the managers training workbook
- ensuring all staff are trained to respond to an ‘Ask for Angela’ request and know what to do if asked
- displaying the posters in your venue; public facing poster to advertise the scheme and a staff guidance poster behind the bar where staff can refer to it
- displaying the window sticker in your main entrance/window (if applicable)
- including Ask for Angela in new staff training.
- using the Incident form pad to record anytime someone asks for Angela and notify communitysafety@westnorthants.gov.uk
Please note, outside of the funding allocated to the scheme, self-led training course spaces are chargeable at £10 per person.
