Use this form to apply for a Temporary Exemption Notice.
If a property requires a licence but is not currently licensed, the landlord or manager can apply for a Temporary Exemption Notice (TEN) from West Northamptonshire Council. This exempts the property from licensing for 3 months while steps are taken to make it exempt.
To apply for this exemption, applications must be made by someone managing or in control of the property, such as the landlord, agent, or rent recipient.
Please note: You need to fill out a separate application form for each property you want to get an exemption for.
