Request a review of a Housing Register decision

Your right to request a review:

If you do not agree with a decision we have made regarding your Housing Register application, you have the right to request a review.

You must request a review within 21 calendar days of receiving your decision.

You can request a review of the following decisions:
• You are not eligible for an allocation;
• You do not qualify to join the scheme;
• Your priority banding criteria award;
• The type of accommodation you will be considered for;
• Who is in your household;
• Whether an allocation or nomination is your final offer.

Please only complete this form if you have received a decision letter regarding your Housing Register application within the last 21 days.
