HMO licences are not transferable, therefore if an HMO has been sold or if it is no longer used as an HMO the licence must be revoked.
Only use this form if you want the licence to be revoked or if your licence is due to expire within the next 3 months and you do not intend to relicense.
In order to complete this revocation application you will need to:
- Be the existing licence holder or someone who can act on their behalf
- Give a reason for the revocation
- Documentary evidence to support the reason for your request
