What is Cashless Solutions?

Cashless solution is to replace petty cash. There is no need for the client to have a bank account, all that is needed is a mobile number that receives SMS messages. Vouchers have a maximum transaction value of £100. If you require a higher amount this can be achieved by sending multiple vouchers.

How does Cashless solutions work?

A SMS message is sent to the client’s mobile with an electronic voucher. Clients will be responsible for collecting their money from any of the 287 PayPoint locations across the County.

This will remove the need for staff to collect and take cash to clients. Finance are able to run reports to see if the vouchers have been claimed. As soon as this is processed by us the voucher is instantly sent to the client’s mobile. Vouchers are valid for 30 days.

Please ensure the mobile number you are supplying is correct for the person receiving the voucher. Vouchers can only be cancelled if they have not been cashed.

When will my payment be processed?

Payment will be made on the date specified on the form.

Please bear in mind that this may not have been approved by your manager in time for us to process your payment.

If this is the case then the payment will be made on the next payment run, once this has been received. Payment requests received before 1pm for same day payment will be made that day. We will endeavour to process any requests received after this that require same day payment but in the unlikelihood this is not achievable this will be paid on the next day’s payment run.

Payments will be made every weekday apart from Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing and New Year’s day.
