Applications will only be accepted for people that are residents of West Northamptonshire.
You will need to have your previous West Northamptonshire chaperone licence and a colour head and shoulders photo of yourself against a plain background, do not include other people in the photo (this doesn’t need to be a passport photo) to complete the application.
