The Provider Agreement and the Addendum is between the Local Authority and providers of the early education and childcare funding for 2 year olds, and universal early education and childcare funding for 3 and 4 year olds.
You will need to accept and agree to both the 2021-2024 WNC Provider Agreement and the Addendum before any Early Years Funding can be claimed.
