As a new or existing early years provider or childminder, you can register using this form to deliver funded places for free childcare and education for 2 year olds, the free entitlement for 3 and 4 year olds and the 30 hours extended entitlement.

The Local Authority requires 1 full months' notice to complete registration. All registrations commence at the beginning of a month. For example, if a provider wants to register by 1st May, the online form must be completed by 31st March.
