You can use this form to request a children and young person's advocate.

Please note - The advocacy that Children’s Rights provide is a short term service dedicated to resolving issues for children either through a complaint or advocating for them in a meeting or situation.
If you’re a child or young person that is involved with children's services, in care or a care leaver and want to request support, you can do this by filling out the Young people in care form.
