Please use this form to apply for a House to House Collections permit under 1939 House to House Collections Act and the House to House Collections Regulations 1947 or to apply for a Street Collection permit under the Police, Factories, ETC (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1916, Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1972 and the Charitable Collections Transitional Provisions Order 1974.
You will be required to upload the following supporting documentation with your application:
- Particulars of any contracts with any charity
- Bank account number of which the collection will be paid in to
- Previous years accounts
- Literature about the organisation(s) who will benefit
You will also be required to submit a return form through our online form within 30 days of the last date of collection. If the collection was cancelled or no money or property was collected then a nil return should be submitted.
