It confirms that a range of advice and Event Safety Partnership (ESP) toolkits are available to download to support event organisers in planning and delivering safe, well managed events. These documents include guidance, templates, and tools covering event management, risk assessment, medical provision, counter terrorism preparedness, safeguarding of children and vulnerable persons, and firework displays.

Event organisers are required to submit the relevant supporting documents at least eight weeks prior to the event. This timescale ensures there is sufficient opportunity for engagement with organisers and for any necessary safety or operational measures to be identified and implemented.
