Payment
• Your bulky waste payment is non-refundable
• The fee is £31 for 1-3 items or £52 for 4-6 items.
• Some items may be counted as 2 or more items - please check the list of accepted items.
• You can pay by credit or debit card only.
• We do not accept cheques, cash or postal orders.
Collection
• Items will be collected on the arranged collection day (in rare circumstances, we may collect items the
following day)
• We cannot enter your house or garage to collect items.
• Items of bulky waste to be collected must be left at the kerbside by 06.30 on collection day
• Please do not block any footpath or highway when presenting your items.
• Please empty and clean all goods, otherwise they will not be taken.
• Any additional items left with booked items or any items not as described on the booking form will not
be taken.
• You must tell us of any changes to the booked items at least 2 working days before collection.
• West Northamptonshire Council, Norse, and Veolia are not responsible for any incidents, damage or
accidents that happen while they are carrying out the collection of bulky waste.
• Items collected may be recycled, reused or disposed of at our discretion.
