West Northants Council is consulting on proposals to renew and add further restrictions on its Northampton Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO).
Based on evidence gathered by Northamptonshire Police and the Community Safety Partnership, we believe the PSPO continues to play an important role in reducing anti-social behaviour (ASB) and protecting the quality of life of those who live, work and visit Northampton Town.
The current PSPO is due to expire December 2026. The proposals are to renew the order with additional restrictions until December 2029.
