Complete this form to make an application to employ a compulsory school age child. Once a child is over compulsory school age (on the last Friday in June in the academic year they are 16), registration for work and obtaining an employment permit under this particular legislation no longer applies, even if the child returns to school after this date for A levels, GNVQ, etc.
Before you begin you must ensure that you have read the Byelaws regarding the employment of children.
Once this form is completed by yourself, you must download a copy and provide this to the parent or carer and Headteacher of the child's school to sign.
